2014 Raw Nationals will forever be engrained in my mind. The support of such a small community and camaraderie surrounding the sport is nothing like Ive ever experienced outside of powerlifting. While I didnt have the best display on the platform myself, missing my third bench due to my right heel not being all the way on the ground and missing my third deadlift, I did end up walking away with a squat PR. And as much as I enjoy lifting, my favorite moments this past weekend were being able to coach my good friend Brian Minor and Jenny Nocas, which made my weekend complete. Still exhausted and feeling blue, but cannot wait to see some familiar faces at the american open and the arnold :) A couple thanks are due.
