Yona Harveys HEMMING THE WATER received the Kate Tufts Discovery Award, was a finalist for the 2014 Ohioana Book Award, and was a nominee for the 2014 Hurston/Wright Legacy Award in Poetry. George Kalamaras, the author of THE THEORY AND FUNCTION OF MANGOES, became the Poet Laureate of Indiana in January 2014. Kamilah Aisha Moons SHE HAS A NAME was a finalist for both the Lambda Literary Award for Lesbian Poetry and the Audre Lorde Award for Lesbian Poetry from the Publishing Triangle. Gregory Pardlos DIGEST and Kevin Prufers CHURCHES both made David Orrs 10 Favorite Poetry Books of 2014 List in The New York Times.
