2014 has been one of the hardest years yet in many ways. 12 solid - TopicsExpress

2014 has been one of the hardest years yet in many ways. 12 solid months of taking care of my dad, from his diagnosis to his passing. End of life services and now taking care of his business and personal needs. On top of that, Madis terrible injury, surgeries and PT, that all consumed half the year. Filing for divorce and all that legal stuff. What a year! On the bright side. Gabriel started talking this year and has had no hospitalizations and hasnt had to be isolated from people this winter, as his lungs are doing great. He even started preschool so all his therapies are based there so no more visitors 3 times a week in the home. Morgan had no major surgeries this year. I have a wonderful job that I enjoy. I changed my career path and started school for Holistic Massage Therapy with an intent for Oncology and Special needs and I even became certified in Hospice Reiki so I can help people transition peacefully during end of life. Throughout this roller coaster of a year I have had an overwhelming amount of support from my family and friends and my Facebook family. I am so grateful for feeling so loved and having such a great support system. This year is going to be a fabulous year no matter what the good Lord throws at me. Im looking for brighter days, more smiles and great memories. Good riddance 2014... I await 2015 with open arms.
