2014 was a very challenging year in my birth practice and there were many moments of self doubt...many days when I was ready to walk away from my practice and this community but my passion for birth and supporting women to birth in their power and parent from their power was greater. Clips like this help me reflect on 2014 through a different lens. 2014 was certainly one of lifes many valleys but valleys lead to peaks, if we have the courage and strength to continue the journey. At present I may still be in the valley but I see the peak clearly and I know I can climb it. 2015 is a new year, a clean slate in many ways as what doesnt serve this path has been stripped away. In that process of stripping away a space has been created for the new way of being in practice to emerge. I step into this new year feeling empowered and excited to be continuing the journey.
