2014..what a year. Our city froze, and had our first snow day, in which no one really knew what to do. Then a few short months later, our city flooded, leaving tons of people without cars, or homes, and many more damaged. I took over as office manager at work, and got a whole new kind of work load. My family was shocked and heartbroken in May when my future mother in law passed away unexpectedly. And then just a few months later in August, my future father in law was diagnosed with cancer, and passed away just one month after that. Also, Kasi and I got engaged, AND bought our first home together in the same month. This was easily the most stressful, dramatic, life changing year of my life, and I have never been more excited to start a new year. It has been a complete roller coaster ride, but I am so thankful for all of the people that I have beside me and who have helped us make it through this ridiculous year. Heres to a new year, and hopefully a low key, boring, uneventful 2015 filled with life, love, laughter, and wedding planning!!! :)
