2015 - fitness TIP! If you want to make just a small adjustment to your life, that will have numerous health benefits, why not try to start drinking more water! Limit caffeine - max two cups of tea or coffee a day (with no sugar - more info on the evils of sugar later...!) Try to consume at least 1.5 litres a day. I find carrying a bottle about with me makes this achievable in the day no matter what I am up to. I have personally had so many health benefits from simply dropping sugary drinks to just water and here are some reasons why you should do it too:
