All Sign up Dates are at the Union Hall at 29th and Madison Ave Sign Ups for Boys and Girls ages 4-12 Saturday Jan. 24th & Sunday Jan. 25th ---9a-3p Saturday Jan. 31st & Sunday Feb. 1st ---9a-3p Saturday Feb. 7th ---9a-3p $65.00 for the 1st child $35.00 for 2nd child & $25.00 for each additional child in the same household. Cash & checks accepted. Now accepting credit cards for an additional fee. **These are requirements for every child that is signed up!!** Must Bring Birth Certificate for each child and 3 proofs of residency. Utility Bill, Phone Bill, Driver’s License, Car Registration, Lease or Mortgage Statement, Voters Registration, Financial Records, Cable Bill. All must be dated Feb 2014- Feb 2015.
