2015 PAL Winter Baseball Clinics If your child wants to work on their fundamentals and improve their game, please sign up for one of our affordable winter clinics. Below is a breakdown of the various clinics being offered by the PAL. 1. The baseball skills clinic will take place on multiple nights/days throughout the week dependent on age. These clinics will begin the week of January 5 and run through the week of March 9. The cost is $50 per player. Times and Dates: 5/6 years old – Friday nights at Wood School Gym 6-7 PM 7/8 years old – Friday nights at Wood School Gym 7-8 PM 9 years old – Monday nights at Wood School Gym 7-8 PM (no practice on 1/19 due to MLK Day) 10/11 years old – Sundays at KP Field House, 12-2:30 PM 12+ years old – Sundays at KP Field House, 2:30-5 PM *No practices the week of 2/16/15 due to school vacation for all ages. For clinics held at the KP Field House, there will be no clinics held on 3/1 and 3/8 due to PAL rec season evaluations taking place. 2. The baseball pitching clinic will take place on Tuesday nights at the Jackson school gym beginning in January. For ages 7-9 the clinic will be from 7-8 PM. For ages 10+ the clinic will run from 8-9 PM. We will once again be leveraging our partners at RBI Baseball Academy to coach these sessions. The cost is $125 per player. Skills clinic will be free if you sign up for pitching clinic. Space is limited so if you are interested, register early. Clinic will run for 11 sessions: Dates: January 6, 13, 20, 27 February 3, 10, 24 (no clinic on 2/17 due to school vacation) March 3, 10, 17, 24 3. There will also be a catching clinic offered as well. The exact time is still TBD but we are targeting Monday nights 8-9 PM at the Wood School. Once again, we will be partnering with a coach from RBI Baseball Academy to run these sessions. The cost is $80 per player, skills clinic will be free if you sign up for the catching clinic. Space is limited so if you are interested, register early. Dates: January 5, 12, 26 (no clinic on 1/19 due to MLK day) February 2, 9, 23 (no clinic on 2/16 due to school vacation) March 2, 9, 16, 23 Price structure: $200 for all three: pitching, catching, and skills clinics $125 for pitching clinic with free skills clinic (limited # of slots so register quickly) $80 for catching clinic with free skills clinic (limited # of slots so register quickly) $50 for skills clinic only If you have any questions, please contact Andy Ferreira, the new Baseball Representative at: [email protected].
