2015 see me taking my personal training work to a new level and new areas. for a while now i have been looking at these so called boot camps over here in the uk and began thinking woudnt it be great to train eat live the healthy life surrounded by sun,sea and training! well im currently working with some influential people in the industry with a view to my first MB BOOT camp dare i call it holiday lol it will consist of the following towards the later end of 2015 late august probably or early september depending on feed back. 7 days in spain location to be confirmed yet fully self catering facility with room for at least 10 persons fully prepared meals at correct times of the day to coincide with our training pattern two training sessions will be done daily cardio and gym session in one of the local well equipt gyms(sorting a group deal out with them) seminar sessions usually early morning or evening depending on schedule covering all aspects of die/training/weight loss/weight gain/contest prep or general fitness goals and overcoming obstacles in your training mostly caused by your mind set.( i am a fully qualified sports psychology coach capable of helping you break through your barriers. team building and group training. i will take you to the gym each day with my selected team of instructors and put you through your paces over the 7 day period and with the help of my nutritionist and co pts helping you have no doubt you will come home pumped and ready for gains or losses of inches depending on your goals. in between training will consist of topping up your tan and having fun on the local beaches or whatever you like to do this is a strict boot camp but we do relax from time to time :) so if you think this appeals to you then message me for info what im not looking for and i stress this strongly are the party animal types the ones who train but also piss it up the wall every evening lol. what i am about is the serious trainers and those wishing to improve and feel better and look better about themselves. sure we will eat out at night and have a drink but the main interest here is serious training/diet and learning new skills! i am currently looking for 2 trainers to join me in this helping motivate and train the clients male and female.we will work under my mb personal training name and train persons up to that standard ie intensity is the key! so have a read and this is the first post of many i will be updating as things progres.im very passionate about this so as always i will give it my all so be prepared for an awesome adventure and a start to the new you :)
