2015 will begin with a bang on EastEnders as one of the shows characters is killed off. The shock death will air in the soaps New Years Day episode, which will be screened in a 65-minute slot from 8.30pm. After a year of on-screen surprises for EastEnders fans, show bosses have decided to keep the unlucky victims identity under wraps until transmission. The programmes team are also keeping quiet about the exact details surrounding the characters demise, leaving fans to speculate before the episode airs. EastEnders recently released a trailer showing a dramatic car crash stunt which will soon hit the Square but viewers will have to wait and see whether this is the storyline that brings about the shock exit or if the character bows out in other circumstances.
