20th November 2014 I thought I would write to formalise the situation with Rachels Weddings. All my customers have now been notified first out of courtesy before they see any advertising. Because the building where Rachel’s Weddings bridal shop is has been sold, the new owners have given me notice to leave by 31st December to run their own bicycle repair shop so I will be relocating as soon as possible. As you will imagine, this could take a few months as I do not want to panic and lease another unless it is absolutely right for the business so I will be working from home and in order to continue serving my customers, have set up a mobile service, so I will be coming to your own home for any appointments for alterations, dressmaking and dress cleaning. Once my work has been carried out, I will contact you and deliver the item back to you. Here is a copy of my business card for my mobile services so please keep this in a safe place and do not hesitate to contact me if you need to. I will also be operating a wedding gown hire service. If you should hear anyone needing this or any other of my services please kindly give them my details as I would love to help them as I have helped you. There is a wedding fayre in The Brunel Centre in Swindon on 22nd January and I will be exhibiting upstairs – sale of gowns all at 50% off, so please spread the word. *I plan to have local FLASH sales of gowns over the next few months - so look out for my banners - there will one in your area!! I will also be at the wedding fayre at The Angel in Wootton Bassett this Monday evening from 7pm Lastly, I want to say thank you to all my past and present customers it has been an absolute pleasure to serve you all during these past 2 years. As you know my business has gone from strength to strength with a whopping 321 dresses sold! I am also very proud to have built up a very good reputation not only for my customer service and bridal sales but for my alteration and dressmaking services which is why I am continuing this in the meantime.
