21 January 2015 Lots happening despite fact that most of the time I am twiddling my thumbs. Was very tired last night slept till 7.15. Got radio active injection yesterday and between getting up at 6.30 and not going to bed till eleven a very tired boy went to bed Slept a lot a lot today but got all my exercises done 80leg lateral squats,150 no hands squats. 160 calf raisers and 91 standing squats. Walked a good few steps very tentative. Feel great progress Warwick was with me this morning . I think since last Friday week I am new man.shudder to think where I would be without professional help. The pain level is tolerable. Local doctor calling in the morning re my cold and general health. Talking to my mother and all the kids all well.now that Harry is walking Both Lisa And Kevin will find everyday is a school day. Phillips called this morning but I was very sleepy and only short visit. Following all events closely. Next step have to plan on work and making some money. Nearly a year since I saw any.i am not ready yet but maybe in three months. Message brought home to me that I cant live on love alone The GAA in Rosenallis have put in a walking area around the pitch and I believe its a huge hit. People coming from far and with to avail of the facility. No news on pub still prepared to buy or rent it . Badly needed in the village have a year of ideas in my head . Probably only dreaming but we are available . Liked the article in Leinster express but would have liked more credit for nurse Moloney who without doubt saved my life. Anyone that needed talking to got talked to. The time spent in hospital ,reports back to family and others.her hospitality and her sheer belief against the odds, and went I started to go was down and grumpy she kick starter me and explained what I had to lose .family friends and in particular my grandchildren who always want a granddaddy I remember many night lying in bed wondering the value of what I was doing. When nurse Moloney heard usually from fellow nurse that I was down, not myself. She took over and discussion never stopped until she was satisfied that my attitude became positive.believe me that was often. On the wall in this room there is a very special place on the WAL with big plaque where she was made free man of York . Hugh honour. In the future I will work on making her free man of kilbaha with the usual country session.i build a bar at hack of house
