21 SEPTEMBER 2013. I need a VISA - family should think of an Appeal as a Visa!!! Just like a Visa, an Appeal is a process. The Visas saved Mindy from poverty and an Appeal will save me in much the same way. I want Mindy to return what I did for her, as is perhaps her duty because we both made mistakes, in a loving act of kindness and to symbolically apply for my Visa. However, when that Visa comes through it doesnt just save me - it makes me. It really does unite the family and make dreams come true. Let me explain and please read intently... With a successful Appeal I can sue for many legitimate reasons e.g. fabricated probation attendance, fabricated criminal allegations, fabricated 2 year sentence, obstruction of a Court Direction, Sophias foster care placement, allegations of delinquency, negligence in SS failing to see Mindys problems as a child and both the fundamental failings to produce a threshold criteria and appoint a Guardian at the appointed time. Both The Daily Mail and The Yorkshire Post will NOT take the story as it is at this point in time. BOTH, however, want me to get back to them when there is a happy ending. That translates to pennies for Wophy lol !!! Listen to me... The Internet Bride and The Million Dollar Baby will be ON SALE the minute the press run the story - instant free publicity. Ive been in direct contact with my MP and have highlighted the need for a change in the law - which is again newsworthy. A Visa application needs to be deferred until the result of care proceedings since if a Visa application and Care Order run concurrently a recipe for chaos is created. No couple can be reunited until the Visa is secured which scuppers any chance of a fair hearing, scuppers any assistance a couple might need and makes a mockery of procedural requirements - which is exactly what occurred in the case of Mindy and myself. The three Visas I helped Mindy with saved her. I need saving. If she loves me SHE MUST help. ACTION PLAN: 1. She must leave Michael by 1 October and stop working for him. We cant claim as a couple if her loyalty is to his business. That would be to abandon me when Ive provided her Visas and now need her help in return. 2. Mindy herself needs to apply for a temporary lift on the injunction for purposes of an Appeal. That does not compromise her position with Wophy in any way at all. She should do that now and any communication would be purely between myself and her solicitor who is, in effect, working for reconciliation but with no direct contact between Mindy and me. 3. FAMILY (i.e. any family member) then needs to put up HALF of the legal costs for the Appeal itself. If they do that, it will be significantly easier for me to raise my half. We do not proceed with the Appeal until Ive matched anything that the family have denoted. I estimate somewhere between £10,000 and £20,000 is required in total but Im not sure on costs. Again family could check the figures with legal advice - that I obviously cant afford at this time. 4. After the Appeal (MY VISA which will take anything between 6 to 12 months to come through) the door is OPEN to a fortune from compensation, from the book (which has been read cover to cover by the deputy editor of The Daily Mail) and publicity - although I would trade the story itself for free publicity on the book IF I can arrange that. N.B. a. The claim for compensation will be funded by means of a no win no fee arrangement which is entirely feasible since, at that stage, we will have won the case at Appeal and suffered 4 years apart. b. At no stage do we break the current ruling since its all done through the Courts. c. I would of course be very happy to offer a huge financial reward to any family member that provides the initial investment. Basically, name your price and you have it! d. IF a prosecution is obtained non of the above would be necessary and we could go straight into a claim for emotional and psychological injury for the reasons specified above. e. At no stage would we need to appeal against the Visa so Mindys residency is safe and sound - we purely appeal against the Care Order that the Visa created. f. Social Services would be easy to work with post Appeal, even if they were still involved, since they would have been pulled up by the Court of Appeal and I would have been vindicated. This is important to me because I genuinely want to protect other families from what Mindy and I have been through with a legal precedent that will tame the service and so ensure fair play in the future. THIS ACTION PLAN IS ALL WE HAVE - BUT IT WILL WORK. I must see Michael is gone this month and someone, somehow, has to contact me before 1 October with news of a joint Appeal or I have to go it alone since I will succeed in raising £500,000 even if it takes me years. The right thing to do is to support the Appeal with appropriate legal precautions and to HELP OTHERS IN THE PHILIPPINES with the win. Gods speed. WE can do this.
