21 Win Seats on Chatsworth Neighborhood Council Nearly 700 Chatsworth stakeholders turned out Saturday to vote five freshman members on to the Chatsworth Neighborhood Council. Sixteen incumbents retained their seats. The top 11 vote-getters won two-year terms. The next 10 won one-year terms. The board now returns to electing half the seats annually, as it has in the past. The outgoing board served a four-year term as a result of a City Council decision in 2010. The incoming board will be sworn-in 7 p.m. at the April 2 Council meeting at Lawrence Middle School, 10100 Variel Ave. Here are the unofficial vote totals:
