Matthew 11:12, Amp “And from the days of John the Baptist until the present time, the kingdom of heaven has endured violent assault, and violent men seize it by force (as a precious prize-a share in the heavenly kingdom is sought with most ardent zeal and intense exertion) Let´s look at the definitions of “Violent” and “Force”: “Violent”- a forcer, i.e. energetic: to force, i.e. (reflexively) to crowd oneself into, to press, suffer violence; intense force; impassioned, mighty, powerful, urgent, wild, furious, desperate, forceful. “Force”- to snatch away, carry off by force; those who are possessed of eagerness and zeal, instead of yielding to the opposition, press the way into the kingdom, so as to possess themselves of it; to seize, claim for oneself eagerly: proverbial, to rescue from the danger of destruction; seize and carry off speedily; used of divine power transferring a person marvelously and swiftly from one place to another; to catch away; VIOLENT FAITH-FORCEFULLY ADVANCING! If we are going to spiritually breakthrough, we will have to be possessed of eagerness and zeal! We will have it be people who do not yield to the opposition! We will destroy the attempts of the enemy by force. We will PRESS our way into the kingdom, rescue others from danger, and triumphantly overthrow the works of the enemy through violent faith and prayer! We will cause the enemy´s plans to be defeated because of our wild, furious, forceful, mighty, energetic faith! We must develop our faith until it is violent and forceful—a faith that OVERCOMES is spite of the difficulties that the enemy throws our way. 2 Corinthians 2:11 stated, “don’t ‘be ignorant of Saint’s devices.” The meaning of “ignorance” contains the idea of WILLFUL blindness, so being ignorant is really a sin! Paul is giving a clear warning to watch out for this sin by saying, “DON´T BE ignorant!” The word, “devices” means perceptions, purposes, or thoughts. the enemy is called “ The father of lies,” so deception would be a choice weapon in his arsenal. He whispers lies in our ears and if we don´t FORCEFULLY RENOUNCE them, we will embrace and believe his lies and perceptions. That is why we must know the World of God and be ZEALOUS to hold on to its Truth no matter what we hear or see! If it is contrary to the World of God—it is a LIE! Ephesians 6:10-13,CJB “Finally, grow powerful un union with the Lord, in union with his mighty strength! Use all the armor and weaponry that God provides, so that you will be able to stand against the deceptive tactics of the Adversary. For we are not struggling against human beings, but against the rulers, authorities and cosmic power governing this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realm. So take up every piece of war equipment God provides; so that when the evil day comes, you will be able to resist; and then the battle is won, you will still be standing.” Be encouraged! The Lord fights our battles with us as we walk in faith, and in our weakness, we are made strong! I Timothy 6:12 tells us to “fight the GOOD FIGHT of Faith!” It´s a good fight because WE ARE DESTINED TO WIN! Be determined to cross over! Ask the Holy Spirit, for a strategy for the battle you are facing-“Holy Spirit, what are some practical measures that I can take? Walk in disciplined liberty. Set a daily time to get before the Lord. Meditate upon His Word day and night. Declare its Truth over yourself and your family. Pray in tongues-Holy Spirit will help you to pray the perfect prayers over your situation! Above all, worship the Lord- He is forever worthy of our praise! Remember, we are called to be soldiers in the Lord’s mighty, conquering Army, so don´t be surprised when fiery trials happen! I Peter 4:12-13, TLB “Dear friends, don´t be bewildered or surprised when you go through the fiery trials ahead, for this no strange, unusual thing that is going to happened to you.” I like the way the translation of this portion of scripture in The Message: I Peters 4:12-13, The Message: “Friends, when life gets really difficult, don´t jump to the conclusion that God isn’t on the job. Instead, be glad that you are in the very thick of what Christ experienced. This is a spiritual refining process, with glory just around the corner.” Glory is just around the corner because His Resurrection Life power and love resides within us! Paul had received a revelation of the Truth when he wrote Romans chapter 8! Romans 8:11, NASB “But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit WHO DWELLS IN YOU.” Romans 8:31-34, The Message “What can we ever say to such wonderful things as these? If God is on our side, who can ever be against us? Since he did not spare even his own Son for us but gave him up for us all, won´t he also surely give us everything else? Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for His owns? Will God? No! For He is the one who has forgiven us and given us right standing with himself. Who then will condemn us? Will Christ? No! For He is the one who died for us and came back to life again for us and is sitting, at the place of highest honor next to God, PLEADING FOR US THERE IN HEAVEN. Who then can ever keep Christ´s love from us? When we have trouble or calamity, when we are hunted down or destroyed, it is because He doesn’t love us anymore? And if we are hungry or penniless or in danger or threatened with death, has God deserted us? No, for the Scriptures tell us that for His sake we must be ready to face death at every moment of the day- we are like sheep awaiting slaughter; but despite all this, OVERWHELMING VICTORY IS OURS through Christ who LOVED US. For I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from His love. Death can´t and life can´t . The angel’s won´t, and all the powers of hell itself cannot keep God´s love away. Our feast for today, our worries about tomorrow, or where we are-high above the sky, or the deepest ocean-nothing will ever be able to separate us from the love of God DEMOSTRATED BY OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST WHEN HE DIED FOR US.” We are His Royal war Horses, made in HIS Image, forcefully advancing, violently, crowding out the enemy! We are kingdom conquering, mighty, overcoming, fire carriers, world changing men and woman of God who are incredibly loved by our Father who sings and dances over us. Declare this proclamation over yourself! See yourself through His eyes of fire—His eyes of love and kindness! You are blessed! Hallelujah!!!
