#2183: TCS has the worst management / performace system. One of the Application we worked earlier has a lot of performace issues, We are asked by the management to migrate to another framework ( As we are given A band last year ), We worked hard not less than 12 hours daily including holidays.. finally we could able to migrate to new framework.. As there is a rampdown in the team, We are released from the team in the month of feb, becasue of more experiene and Band D was given. I rejected the Rating, Manager / HR dont even approached / concerned to discuss on it. TCS is scrict follower of use and throw policy. #jhallaAdmin : inke kaan pe ju tk na rengti hai..tum maro ya jiyo bs kaam kro... :( :(
