21DSD stories are rolling in! Here is another one from our email box. I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say that today is day 21 of the 21dsd. I found that the recipes where easy to make and delicious to eat. This is the very first time that I have started something of this kind and actually finished it. It was so easy to follow. I did give up gluten and diary years ago for health reasons, and maybe thats why I didnt find it so difficult to follow. I feel great!! Thank you - Im hooked for life. Other effects of the 21dsd: My family loved the food. I have a 10 and 7 yr old at home, and they did not complain at all when they tried the recipes. No diner time temper tantrums!! In fact, they prefer when I make diner than my Chef husband (he really is a Chef). I am now also a mealtime-hero. Thank you. My mind is sharp. Thank you I feel rested, not so sluggish. Thank you Meals are easy to prepare, therefore I have more time during my day. Thank you Like many, I started because I was tired of the headaches, heartburn, belly aches, swollen feet, etc. I knew that this could not be considered normal. All gone! I no longer think of meal time as the end-of-my day, because I always felt so yucky after eating that the only thing I was good for was the couch and remote control. Now, after a meal - the day goes on. Im much more efficient. Thank you Another side effect is that Im more a cookbook snob. I am now looking for cookbooks that are: gluten free, diary free, sugar free and with very limited grains; that also contain a picture for each recipe (although Gwen – It’s All Good – does a pretty good job). I do have a Paleo cookbook at home that I still refer to, but I now want MORE. - Montana Remember to use #my21DSD when sharing your story via social media.
