21st Century Entrepreneurship – an enriching Workshop – was organized by BJS Pune Youth Cell on Saturday, 17th January 2015. Renowned Motivational Speaker, Mr. Nilesh Surana who has successfully trained and mentored entrepreneurs over 14 years, enthralled the audience. Around 140 participants listened in rapt attention to the Speaker. Mr. Prafulla Parakh, National President, BJS said the idea behind forming a Youth Cell is to address the real concerns of youth in this modern era. Still in its nascent stage, the idea behind this wing is to bring together the young force on a common platform where they can raise their concerns, present solutions and also reach out to society at large. Currently the thought process is to establish active Youth Cells in various cities. They will locally organize workshops, seminars and other relevant events on subjects such as entrepreneurship, personality development and career guidance. This would help in attracting youth participation in office bearer teams at all levels from across the nation and definitely generate a younger profile of BJS as an organization to take ahead the mission of community development for years to come. The Speaker, Mr. Nilesh Surana, highlighted that with the introduction of new technology a paradigm shift has taken place in the way we do business. The idea now is to delight the customers, rather than customer satisfaction. It’s about creating a human interaction and establishing an individual experience for every customer. Mr. Surana, further, said we always talk about innovation in terms of business processes. But how about innovation in our day-to-day life. He also touched upon points like happiness audit and how the brain can be turned in to an idea machine. And to sum up he stressed upon taking action as without that everything is futile and action too needs to start right now right here.
