[22/8/2014] First off, Id like to clarify that I dont have problems talking to girls. My class has a large female majority, and Im friends almost all of them. Out of my two best friends in my JC, one is a girl. Im stating this so I dont get immediately stereotyped as a guy who cant manage even basic social interaction with girls, which most guys who have trouble getting a girlfriend are assumed to be. My problem is that I get called creepy by all the girls I liked. If this is bad luck, I must have seriously bad luck. Because out of all the girls that I meet and just want to stay friends with, their impression is usually something along the lines of funny, vulgar but nice AC guy. Ive tried asking them, and they dont seem to know why I get called creepy (and those who do cant articulate it, rarely getting better than sometimes with [girl I liked], you act a little... off) So Im writing this with the hope that the admins (looking at you, Meep and Lickitung too) could give me some idea of what girls find creepy, and how I can avoid getting this in future. Thanks! -ACS(I) Graduated Express Student, now in a non-affiliated JC Lickitung: Ohhh no no no youve got it wrong friend. Of all those things, only vulgar worries me - you should probably fix that. Its totally fine to be a creepy but nice person. Its my JOB to be creepy ^^ See, one shouldnt consider scaring away all the girls a bad thing. Its kinda like a filter to stem the flow of 99999 girls flooding after the AC boy. Those that can accept you for who and what you are would be better for you ^^ so its like a natural shortlist. (Ok but in honesty dont overdo it la) Of course, for that to work, you actually do have to be a nice person... Its much easier to impress people with kindness and form stronger bonds when they have a poor initial impression of you :) It just takes getting to know them better and letting them know you better~
