PREDICTED TO BECOME A TYPHOON BY 15TH MORNING AND LANDFALL OVER NORTHERN LUZON WITH MAX WINDS OF165 KPH. PLEASE PRAY TO GOD FOR DELIVERANCE FROM THIS TYPHOON. Will watch this very closely.
