23-25 October 2013: Seminar on youth work and youth policy in the Russian Federation The Youth Department of the Council of Europe, in co-operation with Russian partners, is organising a seminar on youth policy and youth work in the Russian Federation in Moscow, from 23 to 25 October 2013. The seminar aims to strengthen the cooperation between the Russian Federation and partners from other Council of Europe countries by discussing youth work and youth policy development in the Russian Federation and beyond. The seminar will bring together some 50 participants, from the Russian Federation and other countries of the Council of Europe, with a priority for the participation of the members of the statutory bodies of the youth sector, youth organisations, policy-makers and youth platforms, like the European Youth Forum.
