23 November 2014 Condemning the detention of Islamic Political Party (jk) Chairman and Senior Hurriyat Conference leader Mohammd Yusuf Naqash and other prominent HCJK leaders including Shabir Ahmad Shah, Nayeem Ahmad Khan, Shabir Ahmad Dar and Moulana Mohammad Abdullah Tari and all other Hurriyat leaders spokesman of the party has said that the arrest and detention of Hurriyat leaders is totally undemocratic in violation of universal declaration of Human Rights to which India is signatory. He further said that occupation rulers of India are hell bent on curbing and crushing the peaceful democratic voice of pro-freedom camp and is intimidating subjugated people of Kashmir to force their involvement and participation in the election drama. He appealed people to boycott this election drama and demonstrate their loyalty to the ongoing freedom movement because this movement is being cherished by the supreme sacrifices of our martyrs whom we cannot forget. Strongly condemning the killings of shabir ahmad ganai, asif ahmad and shabir ahmad they further added that these are the conspiracies to weaken the freedom movement but they aren’t aware that through these killings they cant curb the sentiment of freedom and the blood of the martyrs is making the movement stronger.
