23 years ago today we lost a great drummer Eric Carr.. This is the last video Eric performed in with KISS.. At the time Doctors wouldnt let him record because he was to sick to record drums. Eric Singer stepped in for him and recorded the drums. When it came time to record the video Eric pleaded with his doctors & Gene and Paul to let him perform.. Eric knew it was terminal and his doctors said he may as well do what he wants to do.. Eric showed up that day in horrible pain he performed and never let on how he was feeling, he was very happy and always smiling during the shoot, he did what he love to do.. Two and a half short months later Eric passed away.. So I post this last video of Eric Carr In tribute to his memory click Play and enjoy... I will never forget the time I met Eric Carr. It was 1989 and I was working at a store called Federated on Sunset Boulevard and he came in looking for audio cassettes for his 4 track player, he was very very nice and polite. My only regret is that I was so starstruck I forgot to ask him for an autograph..
