23 years in the Business and SOME Parents say Im crazy They even say I have a control issue, they sit on the sidelines and talk cash mess about Coach Marlow, They hate what Im doing and the way I do it! As a matter of fact there is nothing about coach marlow they like... So I have to break it down for the parents and so called friends because my supporters already know. When a child comes to learn anything, That is the start of a mission Where you see just a child I see a leader, I see a future, I see someone that IF MOTIVATED properly they can do ANYTHING that others think is impossible, I see Hope, I see in the beginning fear but knowing in the end that fear will disappear, and transformed to Might I see I see I see I see I see Myself , My Child, my Lineage So whats crazy is for a parent to think Im crazy yet you continue to bring him to my practice The control issue that the few parents have is because they have no control or say so at MY practice They were so use to being in control that when they lose control to the person who Demands Control they say I have a control Issue... Lol Its not a CONTROL issue Its a STRUCTURE and ORDER issue.... These are things that I MUST have and their children MUST have to be productive NOT just on the Playing Field but At Home In School In the Public And even when they are ALONE they will always remember to stay in control have structure and be in order!!! I dont do what I do for fun only. this is a Mission to make the best out of the best but to guide their effort to be the best at positive and not the best negative. I have over 78 players this year plus an additional 40 = 118 athletes that train with the entire group and no one is just standing around we are constantly Moving and Teaching... Now tell me how can one do this without having Control!! Thanks to my coaching staff for allowing me to lead and for following suit and Leading their own Teams!!!
