23 yo suddenly developed a fever up to 39C, retroorbital, back back and muscle pain 2 days after return from Vietnam, where he was living for 2 years. He took antipyretics for 3 days without any effect. CBC,urine test and biochemistry profile was normal. He was treated with iv fluid and 2 gr ceftriaxone daily on which fever became less severe but at 3rd day in hospital he developed a rush you can see on photous. The scar on a lst photo is around 1 month old (he had car accident in Vietnam). What is a diagnosis? I would like to ask our members from Asia not answering for a while since I guess if to easy for you
