#2347: I had worked like a donkey for a crazy project...That was my first project... Everyday i had worked 12 hours a day... Being a woman going home at 12 was a real nightmare... yet i wanted to finish what was assigned to me...My manager was never happy about my work though the entire team and clients time and again appreciated me. I never believed in witches until i met her. She personifies it.After all this she gave me C and i argued and got a B. It felt so great when i got B , any junior resource can relate. But when i sat and thought about it i realized what i had paid for it. i had to give my health,good looks, time,boyfriend(Yes!He ditched me) for that B band.It seriously is not worthy.I stopped working literally. She didnt release me because of her Ego.So technically for the past one year i had enjoyed my life spending maximum 4 hours in office, taking breaks hours together, Team lunches., Team trips etc...I know she is desperately waiting to give me a D atleast there should be some reason to retain me na... But i got an offer letter today with 40% hike... I am in seventh heaven.. I feel like shouting at her with all lousy words on this earth...But i dont want to because she made this last 1 year in TCS so memorable and enjoyable with 40% hike.. Had i stayed and worked as before she would have given me B or C with 8% hike... #jhallaAdmin : har jagah good looks :/ ,kaam mat kro bs make up krlo... :(
