23rd session of OSCE PA took place in Baku, Azerbaijan today. For the first time Russia was finally recognized as an OCCUPIER and was condemned for breaking the international principles. The debates on Ukraine and a resolution project lasted for 3.5 hours. Voting was not easy as the members had to vote on each separate proposal. In total, 92 votes in favor, 30 against, 27 refrained. One of the votes against was Ukrainian MP, Oksana Kaletnyk, who represents a Communist Party. She was the only one from Ukrainian delegation that voted against her own country!
