Forecast: Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol Region, Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening. Light to moderate winds blowing from the east to northeast will prevail over Luzon and coming from the southeast to east over the rest of the country.
