FORECAST: Cagayan valley and the regions of Cordillera and Ilocos, the provinces of Zambales and Bataan and the Islands of Batanes, Babuyan and Calayan will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds blowing from the southeast to southwest will prevail over Northern and Central Luzon and coming from the east to northeast over the rest of the country.
