24-HOUR PUBLIC WEATHER FORECAST Issued at: 5:00AM 25 September 2013 SYNOPSIS: Southwest monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon and Visayas. FORECAST: The provinces of Mindoro will experience cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, Palawan and Visayas will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest to west will prevail over Central and Southern Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Light to moderate winds coming from the northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and coming from the southwest over the rest of the country with slight to moderate seas.
