24 Hour Dog Daycare is looking for experienced dog daycare attendants. Applicants absolutely must love dogs, have bubbly/enthusiastic personalities, and be self motivated. Hard work will be necessary as taking care of dogs is a demanding responsibility that requires patience, attention to detail, compassion, and cleanliness. We want all of the dogs at 24 Hour Dog Daycare to have as much fun as possible in a safe environment, and our employees will play the most important role in providing that environment. We need people who are comfortable with cleaning up after multiple dogs, and are able to recognize the signs dogs give when they may need alone time or when play may be getting out of hand. Likewise, we want our employees to facilitate play and keep the dogs having fun. We need highly motivated people who are somewhat tech savvy (we have tablets and touch screen systems) and who enjoy learning all facets of an operation. Cross training will be a must as all employees will need to be able to fill all roles. Our company charter is to promote from within, so when we are ready to expand we will be looking to our employees to manage dog daycares, provided they display the competency and motivation necessary. If hired you will be working for an operation that holds a higher standard than that of most facilities. We mean this in the way we treat our customers, their pets, and our employees. Our success will be your success. As young entrepreneurs we recognize the shortcomings of the majority of prospective employers out there. As our business grows those that brought us that success will always be recognized. We aim to be a better caliber of employer and to provide a fun work atmosphere that does not feel like a chore to go to. This position will be part time to start, but will eventually turn to full time. We are looking to have our grand opening in approximately 4 weeks and would like to have people ready to start around that time period. As our name implies, this is a 24 hour facility and we will need people who can work flexible hours, though exceptions can be made for school or other obligations.
