Meanwhile at 4:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 1230 KM East of Mindanao (7.2°N, 137.0°E). FORECAST: Bicol Region, Visayas and the provinces of Aurora, Quezon, Marinduque and Romblon will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Ilocos region and the rest of Central Luzon will have cloudy skies with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over the whole archipelago with moderate to rough seas.
