Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Trough of Low Pressure Area (LPA) affecting Eastern Mindanao. FORECAST: Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Davao Region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera and Ilocos will have cloudy skies with light rains. Central Luzon will experience partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the east to northeast will prevail over the whole archipelago with moderate to rough seas.
