24 October 2013 Dear President Lou Cannon, Vice President - TopicsExpress

24 October 2013 Dear President Lou Cannon, Vice President Cindy Robillard, and Secretary Mary Smith; The authors and editors are LAD members. As the context of LAD continues, we would like to kindly open an important forum by asking you all three to better merits to the members of Louisiana Association of the Deaf (LAD) and soon-to-be members as well. You have until Monday, October 28th at 4:00PM CDT to answer the entire questions. Failing to answer on time will result some of you to be unprofessional diplomatic representing LAD affairs. Upon the deadline of answering these questions, the appropriate answers will be distributed afterward. The following questions in each category are: PRESIDENT CANNON 1) The viewpoint of board and chapter representatives was concerned by you; however, like ‘Senate’ and ‘House’, chapter representatives were chosen by the measurement of respected local deaf clubs which are affiliated to LAD. Why are you concerned on this? ð President Cannon: 2) After the election last June, the LAD meeting has not yet formally conducted by you. Why did you take too long without having LAD meeting for more than five (5) months? ð President Cannon: 3) Several letters were written by you calling some being immature. Same concept as your latest behavior like immature as unprofessional diplomatic was occurred at the Amelia Manor Nursing Home without a certified permission last August 5th, in which you were breaking the rules and went with Dave Imme, Sorenson installer (on the clock). Why do you refuse to follow up prompt answers after three attempts including recent letter, in which it was long-delayed? Are your behavior and other members the SAME as immature? If not, why? ð President Cannon: 4) Some loyal LAD members who were veteran bingo workers in Baton Rouge were forced to be terminated by your sole power. Do you have reason(s) of why they are fired? Explain why or why not? ð President Cannon: VICE PRESIDENT ROBILLARD 1) Were you aware of the duties of Secretary to distribute an acknowledgement of special meeting according to LAD By-Laws? ð Vice President Robillard: 2) Do you think you should give one more chance to allow Secretary Mary Smith to process the plan of special meeting in order to take an opportunity to have ‘FULL’ board including chapter representatives to suffrage (right to vote)? ð Vice President Robillard: SECRETARY MARY SMITH 1) On September 20th Vice President Robillard sent you the majority of 51% requesting a special meeting. That might be ironic when you call ‘Out of Order’ for September 29th’s special meeting. Why did you wait too long to follow up and begin processing upon receiving? ð Secretary Smith: 2) Were you on ‘no-mail’ when Vice President Robillard did several attempts to the entire board members? Why or why not? ð Secretary Smith: Look forward to hearing from you all three promptly and in advance, thank you for your cooperation and willingness. If you do so, it is much appreciated that means so much to everybody becoming member-satisfaction in greater acknowledgement. “Our hands shall be heard!” Let’s hope for the great compromise in order to regain the love within the ‘second family’ for dear old LAD (est. 1908).
