Details below Nominate your friend for an ASOS Giveaway and they could win £1000 worth of ASOS products ASOS, the UK’s largest independent online fashion and beauty retailer, is making a series of short films about cool university towns and cities in the UK, including a film about the University of Brighton. They are looking for students who are willing to do a good deed and nominate one friend, currently studying at University of Brighton, who is willing to be filmed by ASOS on 14 October at Falmer campus. From the nominations received, one student will be selected to be filmed and, as a thankyou, that student will be given £1000 worth of new ASOS clothes! Although there’s only one opportunity available, it is easy and quick to enter and your good deed could mean great news for your friend. How to enter To nominate your friend, email [email protected] by 10am, Tuesday 8 October. Please enter ASOS Giveaway in the email subject line and enclose the followingfour easy pieces of information: Full names, email addresses, contact telephone numbers for both you and your friend. 2. Your student ID numbers (both of you), as featured on your Uni Cards or course information. 3. In 200 words or less, describe why your friend deserves this opportunity 4. Provide a photo of the two of you or a film clip of the two of you to introduce yourselves. Photos must be in jpeg format attached to your email and under two Mega Pixels in size. Film clips must under two minutes long and be uploaded to Vimeo, YouTube or Dropbox with a direct link included (we suggest that you make this private content). We regret that we cannot accept film clips by email. It’s fine to take your photo or clip using your phone. Both you and your student friend will need to be available on the filming date (Monday 14th October) and must be willing to turn up and be interviewed on camera by ASOS. So do ask them before you nominate. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted between 9-10 October, and the winner contacted by 11 October when they will be given more information about the filming - so keep the date free! Good luck!
