24 september 2013, adirondacks, new york, 10:42 am.......the day before, a good neighbor, had picked me up in his cart, pulled by a carabao. the ride was smooth....today, in the same spot with my mother and youngest sister, same cart was driven by my brother, next to me by birth line. my other brother warned us to take public transportation....we were standing in front of the TABUK INSTITUTE. I asked the brother - driver, that we will ride the cart when he shall have maneuvered around the large rocks on the way...the carabao, pulled and snorted. we followed walking, but, there were more rocks. and more rocks....till. finally, the carabao gave way and the cart stumbled....i spoke aloud in the lengua-franca " NI NATINNAG METTEN"..........MY BEDROOM WAS ALREADY BATHED IN THE MORNING LIGHT. i looked at my wristwatch. it was already 9am.....sometimes, most times, the dream-experience can feel so real......
