24 years ago today I started my own massage therapy business called Medical Massage Therapy Associates. At one time I employed 11 therapists. Because I am a registered nurse, I was able to get my practice on Sloans Lake PPO/HMO. I must say that this was rewarding work and Im glad I was able to help some people heal from accidents and to teach about the positive effects of massage therapy. I also couldnt have done it without the fine instruction from Doris Hildreth! Yep, on april fools day. Truth!
