#2401: During last appraisal discussion for my team, when I was asked about the rating I want for my team, I had argument with my manager, finally it was agreed was that, no one will get D from my team and I will not ask for any other specific ratings. We all got C in April, in June the whole team of 4 resigned on a single day. And since worked on a niche skill they couldnt manage to get any exp. resource during the notice period. So, the client terminated the contract with TCS and gave to the company we are now working for. And during these layoffs the manager was fired and he called me asking if there is any opening in my present organization. :D :D Duniya gol hai, aur har kutte ka din aata hai :P
