24hrs ago at the @iridium I was able to finally play. Had a blast playing with #RichieGoods, #AndyEzerin, #BenButler and #shaynasteele. It was my first public performance since #Pasic in Indy. Prior to the performance I was riddled with thrill, anxiety and excitement. Just before the performance I’m laughing to myself thinking, wait a minute, I’m always riddled with these emotions what’s new. Following soundcheck I look out and there were two of my drum heroes, Mike Clark and Lenny White. What an honor chatting with Mike and Lenny about drums and life. Two months ago Ndugu Chancellor and Billy Cobham, my other two drum heroes were at my clinic.I really think the drum God’s are telling me something. Whatever they have in-store I’m wit it!
