25 - 30 minute intense cardio routine This was a speed and agility workout a client and I did last night. Should have taken my asthma inhaler before going to the gym. Run 15 yards turn around run back Side step 15 yards turn around side step back Run backwards 15 yards turn around run backwards Run 15 yards turn around run back Rest 2-3 minutes Jump a line sideways 20 times run 15 yards Repeat 3x until returning to the starting position Rest 2-3 minutes Jump a line forward then sideways then backwards then sideways completing a square shape for a count of 8 then run 15 yards Repeat 3x until returning to the starting position Rest 2-3 minutes and repeat 2 more rounds
