25 Lakhs Super Tata Nano is 230 horses of terror The Tata Nano hasnt been the booming sales success that it was originally anticipated to be. But we bet some drivers worldwide wouldnt mind getting behind the wheel of this one just for the absolute absurdity of it. Dubbed the Super Nano, the vehicle is the creation of an Indian tuner called JA Motorsport, according to Indian Autos Blog. With the itty-bitty slick tires, disc brakes and huge fender flares, its immediately clear that theres something bizarre happening here. To make all the exterior modifications worthwhile, the company fits a 1.3-liter engine making a claimed 230 horsepower in place of the rear seat. Given the regular versions 38 hp, the upgrade should turn the Nano effectively into a rocket-powered roller skate. For a modicum of added safety, the interior is fitted with a roll cage and Recaro racing buckets. You could also buy a warehouse full of Nanos for the price of this conversion because it costs #JA_Motorsport 25 Lakh Indian rupees ($40,000) to make these changes happen. Still, any experience driving this thing would almost certainly be unforgettable. Whether thats from unmitigated terror or utter joy is anybodys guess, though.
