25 November, Tuesday 😊 U.S mkt : U.S stocks ended slightly higher on monday on hopes that upcoming economic data this week i.e. GDP, consumer confidence and homesales will reflect an improving U.S economy. European mkt : European Stocks ended higher on monday, encouraged by expectations for further stimulus from ECB to support equity mkt, although strong biz climate data from Germany may diminish expectation for immediate action. Gold : Gold prices held steady on monday, supported by softer dollar, chinese rate cut and upbeat U.S data but uncertainty ahead todays economic growth and consumer confidence report capped gains. Crude oil : Crude oil prices fell slightly as investors jumped to sidelines ahead of OPEC meeting this Thursday, with many expect the meeting is unlikely to reaxh agreement on trimming production. KLCI : Mkt closed sharply higher yesterday, supported by gains in key stocks such as Tenaga, Digi, CIMB and SKPETRO on funds buying.
