25 random thoughts on new year: 1.El Lojo has created mircles for my family everyday. 2. im thankful i can write and paint. 3. i want to paint mama mary and give friends as souvenirs. 4. id also like to write another book. 4.im retiring from law practice at 75. 5. i had appeared for some 2,000 cases in court. 6. ive had good years as a lawyer. 6. if i had to live my life all over again, id still be a lawyer. 7. when my father agreed for me to take law, that was the time i was so afraid to die, because i might not realize my dream to be a lawyer. 8. the second time i was afraid to die was when my daughters were still minors. 9. im so grateful to have a 78-year old retired fiscal husband, 2 daughters, 2 sons-in-law and 4 grandchildren.10. i would not want to live in any other place than cupang, where its so peaceful. silent and safe. 11. i engineered our house 40 years ago, where i can see from a small window in our bedroom the front door, back door and all the windows, and garage and feel safe and secure. 12. ive always wanted a not-so-big house where im in command of all the rooms.13. id feel afraid in a big, big house where i wont know whats happening in some rooms.14, im happy i can write and paint at home. 15. i enjoy staying at home doing my things. 15. id like to write another book. 16.i intend to paint mama mary and give my friends as souvenirs. 17. i cant give paintings of el lojo as the trinity is so complicated to paint.18.i wish i can live with my husband and family up to 88 years bonding with my 88 year-old friends.19. may the visit of pope francis to the philippines be safe and successful. 20. may catholics continue to be faithful to the religion and propagate the word of god. 21. may there be peace and prosperity in the world. 22. may no foreign power attack the phil. 23. may my family always walk in the grace of the lord.24.may my family live long,meaningful lives. 25. may there be understanding and harmony in the abreu clan.
