25 years ago, artist Ron Light and his family suffered an incredible loss when he and his two children were run over by a car driven by mentally ill woman, killing Ron’s daughter, injuring his son, and severely injuring himself. Today, with the help of Lawrence Arts Center instructor Robbin Loomas, Ron is producing original digital artwork each week in his assisted-living care facility despite having limited motor skills.
