25 years ago the Berlin Wall was breached. Thousands of East German citizens swarmed over and through the ugliest monument to cold war. The concrete barrier that prevented them living in their Country and joining their fellow Germans in the West. [...] The 25 years since the fall of the Berlin Wall is just a brief moment in time. But the events of November 1989 cannot be underestimated. It matched the end of the Cold War, the disappearance of the Iron Curtain. These last vestiges of the Wall in our mind may yet take another generation to disappear , but the destruction of the Wall itself was nothing but a very good thing. Since those days we can easily go to many other Countries in the Eastern Europe and meet new cultures and people.
