25 years ago today (12/7/89) the 1989 Football team played for its very first North Coast Section Title, riding an 11 game win streak after completing an undefeated and first outright league (MVAL) football title in school history, a first ever post season win (and home playoff game) in round 1 vs Pinole Valley, and a semi final win vs Piner. That game 25 years ago vs De La Salle didnt have to outcome Colt Nation was looking for, but it kicked down the door to Bay Area Elite high school football, a place Logan has been ever since.That team filled the post season all player rosters throughout the Bay Area. To all my brothers from that team, teams before and after 1989...I Love You guys, always have, always will.
