25th of November annually marks the beginning of 16 days of activism against woman and child abuse/domestic violence. This is something close to my heart. My ex husband grossly abused me, physically, emotionally, financially, verbally.... in every way and form and I covered it up UNTIL he almost killed me. If I didnt find a way out I would not be here today, but God had different plans for me, to help someone, anyone. I covered up the abuse, I made excuses for him and I blamed myself.... I am sure some of you can relate to this! Dont be another victim, speak out! There is help available and nothing beats the power of prayer. Just one more thing, a leopard never changes its spots, he will not change, dont wait for it, he will still continue to abuse you. So lets all make a difference, not just for 16 days, but everyday. Lets help the people we know are victims, lets protect our women and children! Much love Nurul
