Here are your texts for today’s episode: 1. John 1:18-27 2. Exodus 33:20 3. Deuteronomy 4:12 4. Colossians 1:15 5. 1 Timothy 1:17 6. John 4:24; 5:37; and 6:46 7. John 14:5-9 Nearly 10 days ago we encamped around the teaching concerning “Law and Grace.” Our study was not an exhaustive study; nor did we expound upon all of the passages concerning this encampment. Our prayer is that as we continue in our quest through the Harmony of the Gospels that we will, once again, re-visit this camp in order to shed greater light upon it. Now it is time for us to move forward! Numbers 10:35-36 are quoted in synagogues around the world as the Torah scrolls are removed and then replaced into the Ark which houses them. “Rise up, Yahovah, and let Thine enemies be scattered; and let them that hate Thee flee before Thee.”(V 35) Let us march on! As we begin our journey, almost immediately we find another encampment in John 1:18, No man hath seen Elohim at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, He hath declared Him…” What are your thoughts concerning Abba being invisible or not? What does the Word say? In Exodus 33:20 Yahovah is speaking with Moshe. He has asked to see His glory. And Yahovah tells him, “Thou canst not see My face: for there shall no man see Me, and live.” Again in Deuteronomy 4:12 we read, “And Yahovah spake unto you out of the midst of the fire: ye heard the voice of the words, but saw no similitude; only ye heard a voice.” This is the witness when Abba declared his covenant with the nation of Israel at Mount Sinai. The Apostle Paul declares in Colossians 1:15 concerning Messiah, “Who is the image of the invisible Elohim, the firstborn of very creature…” And to his spiritual son, Timothy Paul wrote, “Now unto the king eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise Elohim, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Awmein.” (1 Tim 1:17) But what did Messiah actually declare? In John 4:24 we read, “Elohim is a Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth.” Again in John 5:37 Messiah declared to the people of His day, “And the Father Himself, which hath sent Me, hath borne witness of Me. Ye have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His shape.” And to the Jews looking for bread instead of the Bread of Life He said, “Not that any man hath seen the Father, save He which is of Elohim, He hath seen the Father.” (John 6:46) Last Shabbat (Sabbath Day) when you were sent to hear from Abba I gave you several passages of Scripture to read before you entered into His presence. One was John 14. Do you remember the account we have in verses 5-9? Here are the verses… John 14:5-9 (5) Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? (6) Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (7) If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. (8) Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. (9) Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? Did you hear what Messiah declared? Those who have seen Him HAVE SEEN the Father! So my question today is this, “When you get alone with Messiah has He manifested Himself to you according to verse 21? “He that hath My commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth Me: and he that loveth Me shall be loved of My Father, and I will love him, and will manifest Myself to him.” We serve the One Who not only speaks, He manifests himself to us! I do not know how to place the challenge out any stronger than this…It is time that we say, like so many mighty men of Elohim of days gone by, Show me Your glory…or slay me…for then I shall see Your glory and behold You face-to-face! We pray that these teachings broadcasts are being a blessing unto you and encouraging you in your daily walk with our Messiah Yahshua.
