Effective JAN LOK PAL BILL is naturally providing space to process materialism. The materialism can’t be processed beyond the optimal limit in natural space provided by JAN LOK PAL BILL. Even if processed beyond the optimal limit that the content of harmony in human [Aam Admi] and natural resources will be removed, polluted and cater to global warming in biosphere. The mental phenomena and consciousness are not the result out of material interactions. But, the results gained out of pure environment in biosphere at Space to avoid the evolution of guilty consciousness. Effective JAN LOK PAL BILL is struggling to achieve purity in polity and to rationalize material interactions among political coalition, Coalition governments as they are experiencing disputes, disorder and war of extremism in their state of art with guilty consciousness.
