Small bites, every day - in business I coach people to spend 15 minutes a day working on their business (making contacts, calling clients, etc). For my level, its 1 hour. But seriously - one hour a day on the phone is nothing! Read for 30 minutes a day, exercise daily (even if its just a walk around the block a few times, something is better than nothing - my minimum is to run 1 mile a day!) Im traveling to France in May - Im doing 20-30 minutes of French a day....When you plan your time, and figure out how to take small bites every day - you can make huge progress in anything in life!!!
